Cats and diets are touchy subjects
via @SlenderSherbet -
A real question for you, dear user: now that Twitter is no longer Twitter, and is now X, what should we call the posts from there? I still really want to call them “tweets," but they're not really tweets because they're not from Twitter! “X posts” sounds strange, and I can't think of any other reasonable thing to call them. What would you call them?

Nothing better than a heating pad
via @sweetpepperboy -
Okay, there's a reason why cats love heating sources like heating pads so much. Did you know that cats have a naturally higher body temperature than we hoomans do? Our indoor temperatures are normally, what, around 70-ish degrees? A cat's normal body temperature is around 100 degrees Fahrenheit! 101 to 102.5 to be exact. So, in your house, your cat might actually be a bit chilly! This is why they constantly seek out extra heat sources, like you! You, yourself, are a great heater for your cat. Free, squishy, and full of love!
